Thank you for choosing HMBM for your e-commerce mentoring needs. We strive to provide top-notch services and ensure your satisfaction. This refund policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for our mentoring services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Service Non-Delivery: If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon mentoring services.

  2. Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the mentoring services received, we will review your concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@hmbm.tech within 10 days of the completion of the service. Please provide detailed information about the reason for your refund request.

Exclusions

Please note that certain situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after service delivery.
  • Lack of adherence to our mentoring program guidelines by the client.

Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed promptly. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
